Welcome to MeiGray's 2022 Black History Month Charity Auction. To honor the black players who have played in the National Hockey League, past and present, MeiGray is auctioning off a selection of jerseys and equipment from contemporary black NHL players.

All proceeds will be donated to the United Negro College Fund. UNCF funds scholarships for black students and general scholarship funds for 37 private historically black colleges and universities.

Every winning bidder from this auction will also receive a signed copy of "Shut Out: The Game That Did Not Love Me Black," the autobiography of former Quebec Nordiques winger Bernie Saunders.

Saunders was the fifth black player to play in the NHL, and is a close friend of MeiGray co-founder and President Barry Meisel, who co-wrote Saunders' important autobiography.

The MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history... a Stick used by #29 Ray Emery of the Philadelphia Flyers during the 2014-15 National Hockey League season.

The handle and blade have been taped. "EMERY" is stamped on the shaft.

This Warrior Goal Stick is registered into the MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number PHI19673.

Every jersey worn by a participating MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program clubs contains a uniquely numbered inventory tag sewn into the jersey BEFORE IT IS WORN BY THE PLAYER ON THE ICE. This tag is equipped with covert security features regularly checked by MGG Program Directors so we can tell who wore the jersey, and when.
