McCollum scored 30 points with six rebounds in a 119-108 win at Moda Center in Portland, OR in Game 6 on May 9, 2019. He scored a game-high 37 points during a 100-96 win in Game 7 to clinch the Western Conference Semifinals at Pepsi Center in Denver, CO on May 12. The Trail Blazers fell to the Warriors in Games 1, 2 and 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

The "Rose City" colorway, a tribute to Portland, Oregon, features a red TPU lace cage, a red toebox with a rose pattern, a white midsole and red and green laces. McCollum's logo is printed on the lateral side of each heel, with a rose between the "C" and the "J."
