Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ashton Hagans, a rookie signing following the 2020 NBA Draft, wore these Size 14 Nike PG 2.5 Kentucky Player Exclusive shoes while playing for the University of Kentucky during the 2018-19 NCAA Basketball season.
The shoes are photo-matched to three Wildcat victories: a 71-63 victory over ninth-ranked Kansas on January 26, 2019 at Rupp Arena in Lexington, KY; an 87-52 victory over Vanderbilt on January 29 at Vanderbilt University Memorial Gym in Nashville, TN; and a 76-48 victory over the University of South Carolina on February 5 at Rupp Arena.
The Nike PG 2.5 added a midfoot strap to the well-received PG 2, which was built with an adaptive forefoot band for lockdown support combined with Zoom Air cushioning for ultimate responsiveness with each step and transition.
