The Philadelphia Flyers wore special “HOLMGREN” and “TOCCHET” jerseys, with a commemorative "Hall of Fame Celebration" patch sewn onto the right front of the jersey, during the Warmup prior to their game against the Calgary Flames on November 16, 2021.
The Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Calgary Flames, 2-1 in overtime, at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.
