The goal, Milano's 2nd of the season, was scored at 17:45 of the third period and was assisted by Evgeny Kuznetsov and Alex Ovechkin. The Washington Capitals defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning, 5-1, on November 11, 2022 at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
