Welcome to the 2024 PWHL Minnesota Inaugural Season White Game-Worn Jersey Auction.

The PWHL-MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history ... the jersey worn by #29 Nicole Hensley of the PWHL Minnesota during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season.

MeiGray has teamed up with the Professional Women's Hockey League to bring fully authenticated jerseys from its inaugural season to fans and collectors as the league's popularity continues to skyrocket.

Nicole Hensley wore this white jersey while playing for PWHL Minnesota during the inaugural 2024 Professional Women's Hockey League season, including during the team's inaugural game against PWHL Boston on January 3, 2024 at Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA. Minnesota defeated Boston, 3-2.

The jersey is photo-matched to the team's inaugural game and to Minnesota's 2-1 victory over PWHL Ottawa on February 17, 2024 at TD Place in Ottawa, ON.

PWHL Minnesota wore this first set of white jerseys in eight games from January 3 through March 3, 2024.

PWHL Toronto selected PWHL Minnesota - in the midst of a five-game losing streak - as its Walter Cup Semifinals opponent, per the PWHL's unique new rule. After being shut out in the first two games of the series, Minnesota went on to make an improbable run, holding Toronto to one goal in the next three games and completing a reverse sweep to reach the Walter Cup Finals.

In a captivating series that went five games, Minnesota celebrated what they thought was a series-winning double overtime goal in Game 4, but was overturned due to goaltender interference. Nevertheless, Minnesota stormed into Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA for Game 5 and locked down PWHL Boston with a 3-0 victory to win the first ever Walter Cup.

Hensley formed a fearsome goaltending tandem with Maddie Rooney in 2024. She posted a 2.19 goals against average and a .919 save percentage in 14 regular season games, and a ridiculous 1.06 goals against average and .945 save percentage with two shutouts in five Walter Cup Playoffs games. Hensley has been a member of the US senior national team since 2016, winning two gold medals at IIHF World Championships before helping win America's first gold medal in ice hockey at the 2018 Olympic Games in PyeongChang. Since then, Hensley has added another gold and silver medal at World Championships and a silver at the 2022 Olympics in Beijing while playing in the NWHL/PHF and with the PWHPA.

This jersey is a Size 56G and is registered into the MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number MGG009406.
