Phoenix Suns power forward Jalen Smith, the 10th overall selection in the 2020 NBA Draft, wore these Size 13 Red and Gray Under Armour SC 3Zero III shoes while playing for the University of Maryland during the 2019-20 NCAA Basketball regular season.
The shoes are photo-matched to the Terrapins' 73-55 victory over Rhode Island on November 9, 2019 at Xfinity Center in College Park, MD; to their 82-72 victory over Iowa on January 30, 2020 at Xfinity Center; and to their 75-66 victory over Illinois on February 7 at State Farm Center in Champaign, IL.
Smith had Double-Doubles in each game, with 19 points and 11 rebounds against Rhode Island, 18 points and 14 rebounds against Iowa and 11 points with 11 rebounds against Illinois.
The SC 3Zero III, the 2019 iteration from Stephen Curry's signature line, features an "ultra low-top" design that was a radical departure from previous Curry models as well as Micro G cushioning. It also sported performance features such as an inner bootie construction, herringbone cushioning and a midfoot shank and ankle cushioning for enhanced stability.
