Enrique Hernandez wore these cleats while playing for the Boston Red Sox during a 6-3 loss to the New York Yankees on September 26, 2021 at Fenway Park in Boston, MA. The cleats are photo-matched and feature MLB Authentication holograms for the autographs on each shoe.
Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a walk in the game.
Like so many before him, joining the Red Sox brought out the best in "Kiké," who slugged 20 homers with 60 RBIs and slashed .250/.337/.449 for the Red Sox in 2021. His 35 doubles shattered his previous career high of 24 with the Dodgers in 2017.
These cleats, which were customized and painted by Stadium Custom Kicks, feature a green base as a tribute to the Green Monster, and featured the Red Sox' retired numbers across the uppers.
