Elaine Chuli wore this maroon jersey while playing for PWHL Montreal during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season. The jersey is photo-matched to Montreal's 3-2 overtime loss to PWHL Boston on January 13, 2024 at Verdun Auditorium in Verdun, QC.
PWHL Montreal wore this first set of maroon jerseys in eight games from January 13 through March 10, 2024.
Chuli joined PWHL Montreal fresh off an Isobel Cup Championship with the Toronto Six of the PHF and was statistically the PWHL's best goaltender in eight games played, leading qualified goalies in goals against average (1.61) and save percentage (.949). The UConn graduate also brings professional experience from the CWHL and the PWHPA. She won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2012 IIHF U18 World Championship.
