Welcome to USA Hockey-MeiGray Group's Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games Men's Team USA Jersey Auction.
The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games were held in Beijing, China, from February 3, 2022 through February 20, 2022. The U.S. played its games at the National Indoor Stadium in Beijing and Wukesong Sport Center in Beijing.
The 2022 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team finished fifth among 12 teams.
Team USA opened the preliminary round with an 8-0 victory over China, then defeated Canada, 4-2, and Germany, 3-2 in the preliminary round. Team USA closed the competition with a 3-2 shootout loss to Slovakia in the quarterfinals.
The 26-player U.S. Olympic Ice Hockey Team roster was comprised of 15 college players, 3 American Hockey Leaguers, and 8 Americans playing professionally in Europe. David Quinn served as head coach of Team USA. Quinn was joined by assistant coaches Mike Hastings, Scott Young, Brett Larson and David Lassonde. John Vanbiesbrouck was the team's general manager. br>

There was one set of navy, one set of white, and one set of royal blue jerseys manufactured by Nike and prepared for use by the U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey team at the China 2022 Olympic Winter Games. The sets of jerseys were collected after each game by Team USA's equipment staff. Each jersey offered in auction has been security-tagged with an individually serial-numbered USA Hockey-MeiGray Authentication Program inventory tag.
The U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team wore the set of white jerseys in one game, the set of navy jerseys in two games, and the set of royal blue jerseys in one game. Each jersey has a China 2022 Olympic patch sewn to the outside back hem. The players retained the set of navy jerseys.
The U.S. Men's Olympic Team wore the white jerseys on Feb. 12, 2022, a 4-2 victory over Canada.
The U.S. Men's Olympic Team wore the royal blue jerseys on Feb. 13, 2022, a 3-2 victory over Germany.
This auction is for the actual white jersey prepared for use by #4 Drew Helleson.
Helleson played in 3 games during the 2022 Olympic Winter Games. He registered 1 assist. This jersey was prepared for use by Helleson and not worn. He was drafted by the Colorado Avalanche during the 2019 NHL Entry Draft. He played for Boston College this season and is currently with the San Diego Gulls.
This jersey, a Size 58T, has been registered in the USA Hockey-MeiGray Game-Worn Authentication Program as number USA07433.
