Dominika Laskova wore this cream jersey while playing for PWHL Montreal during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season, including during the team's inaugural game against PWHL Ottawa on January 2, 2024 at TD Place in Ottawa, ON. Montreal won the game in overtime, 3-2, in front of a sellout crowd of 8,138, which set a new attendance record for professional women's hockey. The jersey is photo-matched to that game.

Laskova played in seven games in 2024. She joined the team following an Isobel Cup Championship victory with the Toronto Six of the PHF. Formerly an alternate captain at Merrimack College, Laskova is a member of the Czech national team and owns two bronze medals from IIHF World Championships.
