This auction consists of the set of blue pants and red helmets worn throughout the 2016-17 regular season on the Capitals' 13 Third Jersey dates in which the Presidents' Trophy winners wore their stunning red Retro jerseys at Verizon Center.

This Red Third, Bauer Helmet is a Size Medium and is registered into the MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number MGA004945. This helmet is fully stickered and includes the NHL Centennial Sticker.
Every jersey worn by each of the participating MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program clubs contains a uniquely numbered inventory tag sewn into the jersey BEFORE IT IS WORN BY THE PLAYER ON THE ICE. This tag is equipped with covert security features regularly checked by MGG Program Directors so we can tell who wore the jersey, and when.
