The Connor McDavid-MeiGray Game-Used Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history... a pair of skates worn by #97 Connor McDavid of the Edmonton Oilers during the 2023-24 National Hockey League season and playoffs and 2024 NHL All-Star Skills Competition.
Connor McDavid wore these skates while playing for the Edmonton Oilers during the 2023-24 National Hockey League season and playoffs. McDavid scored five goals and registered 24 assists during the regular season while wearing these skates. McDavid also registered three during the playoffs while wearing these skates. The skates are photo-matched to the following event and 15 games:
--A 3-0 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on January 25, 2024 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, AB, Canada. McDavid scored two goals and registered one assist during the game.
--A 4-1 victory over the Nashville Predators on January 27, 2024 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, AB, Canada. McDavid scored one goal, which was his 20th goal of the season, and registered three assists during the game.
--The 2024 NHL All-Star Skills Competition on February 2, 2024 at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, ON, Canada. McDavid finished first in the Skills Competition, winning a $1 million prize.

These skates, collected by MeiGray from the Oilers on June 4, 2024, have been registered with the hologram MGA81257. The hologram has been affixed to the inside holder of each skate.
In 2023-24, McDavid tallied his third season in a row with over 123 points per game and hit triple digits with 100 assists, opting to create more than shoot. He was also +35, a new career high, and had a ridiculous 63 helpers at even strength as he led the Edmonton Oilers to their first Stanley Cup Final appearance in 18 years.
