Welcome to the 2024 PWHL Minnesota Inaugural Season White Game-Worn Jersey Auction.

The PWHL-MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history ... the jersey worn by #14 Clair DeGeorge of the PWHL Minnesota during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season.

MeiGray has teamed up with the Professional Women's Hockey League to bring fully authenticated jerseys from its inaugural season to fans and collectors as the league's popularity continues to skyrocket.

Claire DeGeorge wore this white jersey while playing for PWHL Minnesota during the inaugural 2024 Professional Women's Hockey League season, including during the team's inaugural game against PWHL Boston on January 3, 2024 at Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA. Minnesota defeated Boston, 3-2.

PWHL Minnesota wore this first set of white jerseys in eight games from January 3 through March 3, 2024.

PWHL Toronto selected PWHL Minnesota - in the midst of a five-game losing streak - as its Walter Cup Semifinals opponent, per the PWHL's unique new rule. After being shut out in the first two games of the series, Minnesota went on to make an improbable run, holding Toronto to one goal in the next three games and completing a reverse sweep to reach the Walter Cup Finals.

In a captivating series that went five games, Minnesota celebrated what they thought was a series-winning double overtime goal in Game 4, but was overturned due to goaltender interference. Nevertheless, Minnesota stormed into Tsongas Arena in Lowell, MA for Game 5 and locked down PWHL Boston with a 3-0 victory to win the first ever Walter Cup.

DeGeorge came into the season aiming for a threepeat, and got it. She joined PWHL Minnesota for her second professional season after winning a Secret Cup with Team Harvey's of the PWHPA in 2023. The former captain of Bemidji State University played a fifth season at the Ohio State University in 2022 and won the 2022 NCAA Championship with the Buckeyes. DeGeorge has also won a gold medal with Team USA at the 2017 IIHF U18 World Championship.

This jersey is a Size 52 and is registered into the MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number MGG009427.

Every jersey worn by each of these participating MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program clubs contains a uniquely numbered inventory tag sewn into the jersey BEFORE IT IS WORN BY THE PLAYER ON THE ICE. This tag is equipped with covert security features regularly checked by MGG Program Directors so we can tell who wore the jersey, and when.
