The PWHL-MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history ... the jersey prepared for use by #70 Carly Jackson of the PWHL Toronto during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season.
MeiGray has teamed up with the Professional Women's Hockey League to bring fully authenticated jerseys from its inaugural season to fans and collectors as the league's popularity continues to skyrocket.
This blue jersey was prepared for use by Carly Jackson while playing for PWHL Toronto during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season. Jackson wore it during pregame introductions prior to the first game in the league's history against PWHL New York on January 1, 2024. New York won the game, 4-0, in front of a sellout crowd of 2,537 at Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, ON.
PWHL Toronto wore this first set of blue jerseys in eight total games: from January 1 through February 23 and on March 20, 2024.
Jackson joined PWHL Toronto in 2024 after winning an Isobel Cup Championship with the Toronto Six of the PHF in 2023, owning a 5-0-0 record on the season. After being selected third overall by the Buffalo Beauts in the league's 2020 draft, Jackson played two seasons there, wearing an A for the team in 2022. She graduated from the University of Maine in 2020, finishing her collegiate career with a cumulative .923 save percentage and the most wins and shutouts in program history.
