The shoes are photo-matched to the Trail Blazers' 129-128 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers on November 2, 2019 at Moda Center in Portland, OR, and to the Trail Blazers' 127-118 loss to the Golden State Warriors on November 4, 2019 at Chase Center in San Francisco, CA. McCollum scored 16 points on November 2 and 14 points with six assists on November 4.
The Li-Ning Speed VI Premium features a single piece, fully-knit upper and a midsole made using the Chinese athletic company's signature Cloud and LightFoam technologies. Rubber tubing running from each side of the midfoot around the back of the shoe and a plastic element on the lateral side provide considerable stability. The heel counter features model information and the phrase "Speed is our constant pursuit." These shoes include the factory insoles.
The "Halloween" colorway of the Li-Ning Speed VI premium features a primarily black upper with black and white laces and black and white knit at the toe area. A bright green jack-o'-lantern is printed on the medial side of the heel counter. The rubber tubing is green and the stability elements at the midsole are black with bright green speckling. The tri-color midsole is orange, white and bright green from top to bottom.
