This is the puck used by Toronto Six forward Brittany Howard to score the winning shootout goal of the first game of the 2023 PHF All-Star Showcase against the United States. Canada defeated the U.S., 2-1, in the first game. Howard finished the Showcase tied with teammate Loren Gabel and Team World's Fanni Gasparics with an event-high four points (two goals and two assists).
The 2023 PHF All-Star Showcase took place at Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, ON. Formerly known as Maple Leaf Gardens, the first home of the Toronto Maple Leafs, the venue is now home to Toronto Metropolitan University..
