MeiGray has teamed up with the Professional Women's Hockey League to bring fully authenticated jerseys from its inaugural season to fans and collectors as the league's popularity continues to skyrocket.
Becca Gilmore wore this red jersey while playing for PWHL Ottawa during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season, including during the team's inaugural game against PWHL Montreal on January 2, 2024 at TD Place in Ottawa, ON. Montreal won the game in overtime, 3-2, in front of a sellout crowd of 8,138, which set a new attendance record for professional women's hockey.
The jersey is photo-matched to that game. PWHL Ottawa wore this first set of red jerseys in nine games through March 23, 2024.
Gilmore had three assists in 22 games during the 2024 PWHL season. Gilmore was a mainstay on Team USA's U18 teams prior to her collegiate career, and after scoring 51 goals with 74 assists in 122 games for Harvard University, worked her way up to the team's IIHF World Championships roster in 2023. Gilmore scored one goal in five games in the tournament as Team USA took the Gold Medal.
