Alex Carpenter wore this white jersey while playing for PWHL New York during the Professional Women's Hockey League's inaugural 2024 season, including during the first game in the league's history against PWHL Toronto on January 1, 2024. New York won the game, 4-0, in front of a sellout crowd of 2,537 at Mattamy Athletic Centre in Toronto, ON.

Carpenter, a six-time IIHF World Championships Gold Medalist with Team USA and the 2015 Patty Kazmeier Award winner, signed a three-year deal with New York on September 8, 2023. She scored the second goal overall in league history in the league's inaugural game against PWHL Toronto on January 1, 2024. She has 62 points (30 goals, 32 assists) as a member of the USA Hockey senior team and tied for the league lead with 15 assists in 2024, also scoring eight goals. She was named both a Billie Jean King Most Valuable Player Award Finalist and a Forward of the Year Finalist for the PWHL's inaugural season. Carpenter was also one of four players in the league to play in every regular season game and serve zero penalty minutes. She was named a member of the PWHL 2024 First All-Star Team for her efforts.
