The Flyers supported the National Hockey League's Hockey Fights Cancer initiative on Thursday November 18, 2021 when they hosted the Tampa Bay Lightning at Wells Fargo Center.

For the seventh time in the organization's history, Flyers players wore limited-edition white and lavender warm-up jerseys with the "Hockey Fights Cancer" patch affixed to the left shoulder.

This white jersey is a Size 56 and is registered into the Flyers-MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number U01816.
Each item was authenticated by a Flyers-MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program Director immediately after it was used. Each jersey has been security-tagged, serial-numbered, and registered into the NHL-MGG Population Report.
